Shipping and Delivery
We offer free DHL expedited shipping with any €50 purchase. For any orders below €50 before tax, shipping charges are based on the destination country. When you make a purchase, the shipping charge is estimated in your basket, and will be presented to you during the checkout process. The shipping date is based on the stock status of the product ordered and the destination. Product title passes to you when the product is shipped. You have fourteen (14) days to notify Dear Dahlia using the contact information below of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase in accordance with the provisions set forth in this section or Dear Dahlia cannot be held responsible for these issues.
We strive to keep all products sold on the site in stock, but high demand occasionally results in delayed shipment. Stock status is indicated on the product page and in your basket during checkout. Please note that the number of days quoted for shipping refers to transit time only. Additional time (typically one business day) is required for processing in-stock orders.
You may track your order using your order number by clicking on the link provided on your shipping confirmation email or under My Accounts. Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Damaged, defective, wrong delivered item can be easily be exchanged with new item within 14 days for free (no return shipping or handling fees) by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label.
2. Unopened and unused Dear Dahlia products can be returned within 14 days, please note the following:
- Always send individual items and sets back to us in their entirety and in their original packaging including free gifts.
- Please remember that in order to make the return it is necessary that the product must be intact, unused or unopened.
- You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us.
